Refund Conditions
Paid Courses
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- Refund period: 7 days from purchase date
- Maximum progress: 20% of content
- Refund method: Same as original payment method
Downloadable Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, products that have been downloaded or fully accessed are non-refundable after download or access.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@siaq.app
- Put in the subject: "Refund Request"
- Provide the email associated with your account
- Mention the course or product name
- Explain the reason for the refund request (optional but helps us improve)
Processing Time
After approving a refund request, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days to complete the refund to the original payment method. Time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
Exceptions
We may not be able to provide a refund in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- More than 20% of course content completed
- Fully downloaded digital products
- Courses purchased with special discount codes or promotional offers (unless stated otherwise)
- Violation of Terms of Service
