Refund Conditions

Paid Courses

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.

  • Refund period: 7 days from purchase date
  • Maximum progress: 20% of content
  • Refund method: Same as original payment method

Downloadable Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, products that have been downloaded or fully accessed are non-refundable after download or access.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@siaq.app
  2. Put in the subject: "Refund Request"
  3. Provide the email associated with your account
  4. Mention the course or product name
  5. Explain the reason for the refund request (optional but helps us improve)

Processing Time

After approving a refund request, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days to complete the refund to the original payment method. Time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

Exceptions

We may not be able to provide a refund in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • More than 20% of course content completed
  • Fully downloaded digital products
  • Courses purchased with special discount codes or promotional offers (unless stated otherwise)
  • Violation of Terms of Service
